Position: Groundworker Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire, UK Project: Kerb Laying and Manhole Installation Salary: £20.00 per hour Hours: 07:30-17:30 Employment Type: Temporary, with potential for long-term work Requirements: Valid CSCS card CPCS or NPORS card with CSCS logo for forward tipping dumper and ride-on roller We are looking for a Groundworker to join a reputable civils contractor in Bicester, known for its dedication to high-quality construction projects across the UK.
This role will involve critical groundwork tasks, focusing on kerb laying and manhole installation to support infrastructure and site development.
Key Responsibilities: Perform precise kerb laying and manhole construction, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
Operate forward tipping dumper and ride-on roller as needed to assist with site preparation and ground leveling.
Work closely with site supervisors to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in kerb laying, manhole installation, and general groundwork on construction sites.
Reliable, with a commitment to maintaining safety standards and effective teamwork.
