Job Title: Groundworker Job Type: Temporary Job Category: Housing Repairs and Maintenance Location: Harrow Salary: £19 - £20 per hour We are recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to assist in the reactive repairs and maintenance of social housing and void operations across West London and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities: Undertaking all aspects of ground works including fencing, bricklaying, communal paving, flagging, and drainage within a social housing setting.
Using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (manual) City & Guilds in General Construction Ops OR Groundworker Apprenticeship (desirable) Benefits: A company van and fuel card supplied (for business use only) If you are interested in this position, we encourage you to apply or reach out to Tom for more details.
