Job Title: Groundworker Job Type: Permanent Job Category: Housing Repairs and Maintenance Location: West London Salary: £35,000 - £36,000 per annum We are recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to assist in the reactive repairs and maintenance of social housing and void operations across West London and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities: Undertaking all aspects of ground works including fencing, bricklaying, communal paving, flagging, and drainage within a social housing setting.
Using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (manual) City & Guilds in General Construction Ops OR Groundworker Apprenticeship (desirable) Benefits: A company van and fuel card supplied (for business use only) 25 days annual leave entitlement (excluding bank holidays) Staff Perks including up to 10% discount on grocery shopping, holidays and cinema tickets.
