Groundworkers must have Forward Tipping Dumper and Ride-on Roller certification.
Manual Handling is beneficial but not mandatory.
We are seeking a Civils Gang to join a respected civil engineering contractor working on a key project in Hanbury.
The team will consist of a 360 Excavator Operator and 2-3 Groundworkers.
The role offers a great opportunity to work with an industry leader specialising in delivering high-quality infrastructure and groundwork projects.
Key Responsibilities: Undertake all aspects of civil engineering tasks, including excavation, trenching, and groundwork preparation.
Operate a 360 Excavator to support earthworks and other excavation tasks.
Groundworkers will assist with drainage, kerbing, and other civils duties, including forward tipping dumper and roller operations.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental site regulations.
The Ganger will lead the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Qualifications and Experience: CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo card is required for all team members.
The Ganger must hold SSSTS and First Aid certification.
Groundworkers must be certified for Forward Tipping Dumper and Ride-on Roller operations.
Proven experience in civil engineering and teamwork within a construction environment.
Strong communication skills and attention to safety standards.
