Our ethos is simple: by providing customers with a safe and decent home, we enable them to realize their potential, enjoy their environment, and contribute to their community.As a Groundworker at Hyde, you will be working within our customer homes to provide essential property maintenance and repair services, ensuring properties meet our safety and quality standards.Responsibilities:Carry out a range of groundwork tasks, including paving, drainage repairs, concreting, and small-scale excavation.Respond to maintenance requests, assessing and addressing groundwork issues efficiently.Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and Hyde's quality standards.Communicate with customers on-site, providing updates and addressing any concerns.Work collaboratively with other trades and supervisors to ensure effective service delivery.Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.Skills and Experience Required:Experience in groundwork, particularly in property maintenance or repairs.Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A valid CSCS cardBenefits:A fantastic pensionLife assuranceGreat holidaysAn award-winning flexible benefits packageVolunteering days
