Location: Lisburn & Castlereagh Council Area JOB TITLE: Groundsperson, Gardener, Greenkeeper, Gravedigger - Full Time 37 hours per week: Standard Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm & Friday 8am - 3.30pm + overtime when required with the option of going to Annualised Hours: 1 April to 30 Sept Monday - Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm 1 Oct to 31 March 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 2.15pm Friday, every other Monday off Please Note - Over time is a requirement of this post as interments sometimes run over and the staff must stay to back fill any interments.

As a member of the Parks and Amenities Unit the post holder will be required to carry out a wide range of general maintenance and horticultural duties at various locations throughout the Council area, to include Golf Courses, Public parks, Cemeteries, sports facilities, playing fields, landscaped areas and open spaces.
In return you will be offered a salary of £26,409 - £28,163 (full time equivalent) per annum - plus a 19% employer pension contribution!
Full time at LCCC is 37 hours per week.
