Job Description Grounds Maintenance Team Leader \n Location: Loughborough \n Salary: £12.15- £12.60 \n Contract type: Permanent \n Working hours: 7 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday \n \n About the role \n Supervising your team, you will be responsible for various activities from grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning and flower bed maintenance for clients across Loughborough.

\n \n Requirements \n \n \n Prior experience within Grounds Maintenance with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
\n Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
\n Extensive and applicable knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
\n Experience in leading a team.
\n Willingness to learn.
\n A full valid UK driving licence.
\n PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential.
