BAND: 5 JOB PURPOSE: The Grounds Supervisor will report to the Grounds Manager and, as part of the Regional Grounds Maintenance team, is primarily responsible for the provision of an effective and efficient planned maintenance programme.
This role also includes the identification and monitoring of rehabilitation works programme and supervision of the response maintenance Tree Surgery Service.
REQUIREMENTS: 1. i) Hold a degree in Landscaping or an equivalent professional qualification plus 1 year's relevant post qualification experience.
(Please include dates) * Relevant experience will be interpreted as horticultural or grounds maintenance contract supervision and experience of managing large scale planting schemes and grass cutting.
OR ii) Hold a relevant BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma plus 2 years relevant post qualification experience.

OR iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning and at least 4 years relevant*** experience (Please include dates) * Relevant experience will be interpreted as horticultural or grounds maintenance contract supervision and experience of managing large scale planting schemes and grass cutting.
