Calling all Grounds Maintenance Operatives in Malvern! ?? Platform Property Care has a permanent position for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Grounds Maintenance Team based in Malvern covering our Estates and communities in Worcestershire & Herefordshire.
This is an ideal role for someone who loves working outdoors and creating great looking environments for our customers.
What could you be doing?
You will be responsible for looking after?the green areas in and around our estates.
Your duties will?include tractor and pedestrian grass maintenance, brush cutting/?strimming, hedge cutting, shrub pruning, planting, weeding, and litter picking.

You'll be motivated and passionate about making a difference to our external landscape?? You'll have a full UK driving licence – this is essential as it is a mobile role? You will really enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions?? You'll have a good Health & Safety knowledge?? And have some relevant grounds maintenance/ gardening/horticultural skills, experience, or qualifications?? The working pattern for this role is a permanent annualised contract: ?? Summer (March – November) 42.5 hours a week Monday to Friday?? Winter (December – February) 32.5 hours a week Monday to Friday?
