Working within theWorldwide Launch & Expansion team, we need a superstar programmanager who will help us to deliver our exciting launch plans.
Theideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable driving complexprojects, and working in ambiguous spaces.
You need to be an expert at building andmaintaining strong relationships with our partners, possess greatcommunication skills, and be an expert problem solver who keeps acalm head when the going gets tough.
You also need to haveautomation and streamlining front of mind - we aim to reinvent thewheel in a number of areas.

This role is a 12 month contractand can be based in London or Manchester.
Keyjob responsibilities • Proactively identify and mitigaterisks that impact project deliveries across workstreams and drivecorrectives.
• Deep dive challenges and blockers to findsolutions through outside-the box thinking.
• Drive thecreation of effective cross-functional project managementmechanisms and tracking to ensure projects are delivered ontime.
• Effectively communicate project status and riskswith partner teams • Be intimately familiar with thestatus of all projects in-flight BASICQUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Experience owning/driving roadmaps •Experience with end to end programmemanagement PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS •Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driveninsights • Experience working across functional teamsand senior stakeholders Amazon isan equal opportunities employer.
