This is a varied role, encompassing everything from out-of-home activations and in-store experiences to branding, digital/interactive projects, and marketing materials.
You will work collaboratively across teams, effortlessly transitioning between graphic design, visualisation, artwork production, and conceptual development.
From initial concept to final delivery, you will take the lead in producing creative designs across multiple formats and media.

Key Responsibilities: Develop creative designs for experiential campaigns and in-store activities, particularly within the FMCG and beauty sectors, focusing on layout, typography, and visualisation.
Design for both print and digital media, ensuring consistency and originality.
Generate new concepts, graphics, and layouts that bring ideas to life.
Maintain high-quality standards in your work, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
Adhere to best practices within the design and artwork team.
Work collaboratively to meet project deadlines and deliver outstanding results.
Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork, including large-format designs, for a variety of production processes.
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, supported by a relevant degree-level qualification in graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with the ability to demonstrate advanced skills.
A strong creative portfolio showcasing exceptional design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
Knowledge of print production processes and the ability to work within brand guidelines.
Confidence in recommending production methods and materials to bring concepts to life.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
