THE ROLE This is a part-time (3 days/week) hybrid role for a Graphic Designer - Mid-weight.
Ideal for a designer who is looking to be a part of a dynamic team while having the flexibility to take on freelance work.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics and upholding brand guidelines for LESTRANGE.
Projects include weekly social and CRM outputs, and 360 campaign roll outs for product launches and brand campaigns.
This role is based in London with flexibility for remote work.
You will be working closely with our Brand Marketing Lead and wider team across various content formats and channels - from social to 360 campaigns touching social, CRM, online and retail.
This is an exciting and varied role which would be perfect for for a junior to mid-weight designer looking to take-on a more autonomous role with a passion for impact/sustainability/slow fashion, storytelling both video and stills with a natural instinct for leveraging design to convey the brand visual identity and story.
This role will also work closely with external creative freelancers to support on photoshoots, ensuring seamless handover of assets from shoot to art working across channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES Designing weekly emails and social media assets (Instagram stories, main feed posts and reels).
Overseeing delivery and design of campaign assets across digital and print for online and in stores Presenting a creative overview of assets mockups across to align with marketing objectives Editing our website product pages (PDPs) - image resizing, colour-correcting and basic retouching of content.
Executing creative briefs in an innovative and impactful manner, working within brand guidelines.
Helping us drive best-in-class content across all communications that enables LESTRANGE to be known for beautiful and inspiring content.
Assisting with campaign shoots on shot list, production and asset delivery from shoot to art working REQUIREMENTS You are: Detail oriented - able to uphold the premium standards of our brand guidelines - the small things are always noticed!

Passionate - interested to learn more about the business of fashion, sustainability and the inner workings of a direct-to-consumer brand.
360-centric - strong understanding of how design optimised for the medium, format and channel, can amplify the impact of creative Organised - able to manage your own workload and communicate effectively on expectations for output and deadlines.
Strong communicator - able to take initiative to involve key stakeholders in the design process as needed.
Able to confidently propose your ideas and designs to support your work but also able to adapt to feedback and last minute amends.
Efficient without compromising on quality - able to produce a lot of content on a daily basis and uphold brand guidelines and standards.
Self motivated and takes initiative - need to be able to take a to-do list and report on your progress.
Skills: Adobe suite- InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PremierPro or After Effects.
