A leading, entrepreneurial and science-driven beauty brand in Central London seeks a Graphic Designer to elevate its visual identity across digital, print, and packaging.
Key Responsibilities: Brand Visual Identity: Develop and refine brand visuals, ensuring consistency and innovation across all platforms.
Creative Direction: Self-starter who can lead creative work in collaboration with marketing and product development.
Campaigns & Content: Design digital, print and packaging assets for new products, campaigns, web, social media, and in-store displays.
Packaging Design: Work with marketing and the founder to create luxurious, standout packaging.
Photography Oversight: Lead photoshoots, image selection, and retouching to maintain luxury and brand standards.
Work closely with external agency to support the brand refresh and value proposition redesign in collaboration with marketing and the MD Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years in design, preferably in beauty, luxury, or fashion; a high-end portfolio is preferrable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; video/motion graphics skills are a plus.
Detail-Oriented: Strong aesthetic sense and precision in all design work.
Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
