Purpose of the Job: Working as part of our Head Office marketing team, you will provide graphic design services to our Group of companies.
You will be working in digital as well as traditional media.
You will create content which delivers a measurable return to the company and support in lead generation for new business.
Our ideal candidate is a talented graphic designer with marketing experience who can work well in creating content around specific market segments and verticals in B2B for an industrial product.
Role Responsibilities: Support the Marketing, Web and Digital team in artwork/graphic design maintaining our brand guidelines.
Deliver multi-channel and integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, website, blogs, literature, and any up-and-coming channels.
Create compelling presentations and brochures for the Sales team.
Create photorealistic 3D product renderings for marketing literature.
Work closely with our business development, product and sales specialists to drive awareness and create marketing leads for our channels.
Script, film and edit video content to create engaging and dynamic marketing materials.
Support the Marketing Manager with global marketing initiatives and rollouts, including Brand, Process & Strategy.
Keep literature up to date with any product developments or new product introduction.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience in marketing communications and creative graphic design.
Experienced using Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and other design applications.
You will need to demonstrate experience across email, CMS, social, web, campaign management.
Experience is desirable in creating and editing video for content marketing.
Experience using Keyshot or other rendering software is advantageous.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Ensure continuous improvement of data and use of business intelligence to drive focused marketing messages.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver high quality work to meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic & positive with the ability to work effectively autonomously or with a team.
Personal Characteristics: Able to follow a brief and work with tight deadlines under pressure.
Has a keen eye for design and strong attention to detail.
Confident and dynamic personality.
Strong creative flair.
A positive 'can-do' attitude, enthusiastic, hardworking, driven and a team player.
A doer, not just a thinker.
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
Exemplary spoken and written communication skills.
Competent in handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines.
High level of responsibility and professionalism.
