We offer flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose the days you'd prefer to be in the office.    About HOPE:   Humanitarian Operations (HOPE), founded in 2004, is dedicated to saving life, sustaining life, and delivering aid as well as eradicating educational inequality globally.
Initially established as a disaster relief organisation, HOPE has expanded its mission to ensure that every child has equal opportunities to become educated, regardless of background or nationality.
We use cutting-edge entertainment technology to bring lessons to life and offer educational resources for free to those in need.    We are rapidly expanding and looking for dedicated individuals who share our vision and values to join us.
We prioritise teamwork, honesty, flexibility, and personal growth, providing a space where everyone can thrive and contribute meaningfully to our mission.    Role Overview:   We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer/Illustrator to join our team as an intern/volunteer.
In this role, you will work closely with the Business Planning Executive to bring the organisation's strategic plans to life through compelling visuals and illustrations.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in translating business concepts into visual representations, helping to define the future direction of HOPE's projects.  As a key visual storyteller, you will be responsible for illustrating and designing the business plans created by the Business Planning Executive, turning them into clear, engaging, and visually appealing presentations, roadmaps, and graphics.
This role requires someone who can effectively collaborate with both creative and business-minded individuals to create a cohesive vision.    Key Responsibilities:   Visual Representation of Business Plans: Work closely with the Business Planning Executive to understand the strategic plans for HOPE's initiatives and translate these concepts into visually engaging designs, illustrations, and infographics.  Graphic Design & Illustration: Create high-quality visual assets, including business roadmaps, project timelines, vision boards, and presentations, that clearly communicate complex business strategies in an intuitive and creative manner.  Collaborative Design: Collaborate with other creatives, including animators and artists, to ensure all visual elements align with HOPE's brand and mission.  Creative Input: Provide input on how to visually enhance business strategies, suggesting design ideas that elevate the project and improve overall clarity and engagement.  Iterative Design Process: Work closely with the business team to refine designs based on feedback, ensuring that all visuals accurately reflect the intended message and are delivered to the highest standard.    Skills and Qualifications:   Strong skills in graphic design and illustration, with experience creating infographics, presentations, and visual representations of business concepts.  Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent software.  Excellent attention to detail, with a perfectionist approach to producing clean, high-quality designs.  Ability to translate abstract ideas and business strategies into clear, engaging visual formats.  Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to work closely with both business and creative team members.  Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  Passion for humanitarian work and alignment with HOPE's mission to combat educational inequality and support disaster relief efforts.    Why You Should Apply:   Gain hands-on experience working with a dynamic, creative team on meaningful, real-world projects.  Develop your skills in graphic design and illustration while helping shape the future of a global humanitarian organisation.  Be part of a flexible, collaborative work environment where your creativity and ideas are valued.  Build a strong portfolio by working on impactful projects that will be shared with global stakeholders.  Contribute to a mission-driven organisation making a real difference in the lives of children and communities worldwide.
