Graphic Design Lead

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 & Package!

Due to growth, they are expanding and hiring for a Graphic Design Lead.
This is an exciting opportunity to create on-trend products for global brands.

In this role, you will... Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Develop and execute design strategies that align with brand goals and market trends.
Ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints, including packaging, advertising, and digital content.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
Stay ahead of design trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table that resonate with our target audience.
Oversee multiple projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
You will need: A minimum of 5 - 6 years experience within a Design role.
Strong people management & leadership skills.
Highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Packaging and/or Product design experience.
A keen eye for detail, with experience of being able to prioritise tasks.
