As GRAHAM continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic individual to manage the successful delivery of construction/build projects in Northern Ireland.
What Youll Do: Lead and Manage: Oversee all site staff and drive project planning.
Resource Management: Control and manage all project resources.
Project Oversight: Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory obligations.
Quality Assurance: Achieve high standards of quality and workmanship on site.
Reporting: Provide detailed reports on project KPIs to senior management.
Budget Management: Deliver projects within the programme and budget.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients and designers, building positive relationships.
Innovation: Introduce improvements and innovations where appropriate.
Support: Assist the commercial team in procurement and cost management.
What Were Looking For: Experience: Demonstrable experience in a Project Management role, particularly with large-scale projects.
Skills: Strong communication, management, and programming knowledge.
Technical Knowledge: Up-to-date with statutory health and safety requirements and construction contracts.
