ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Trainee Financial Planner.
This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about finance, eager to learn, and ready to embark on a rewarding career in financial planning.
Responsibilities will include: Provide administrative support, including document preparation, data entry and client file management.
Assist our Financial Planners in analysing financial information.
Participate in training sessions to understand financial products, investment strategies and industry regulations.
Learn to develop personalised financial plans based on client goals, risk tolerance and financial circumstances.
Collaborate with team members to stay updated on industry-specific changes.
Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and outstanding service.
Work closely with experienced Financial Planners to gain insights into holistic financial planning, effective communication, and client retention.
SKILLS REQUIRED Preferable - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Eagerness to learn and develop a deep understanding of financial planning principles.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-orientated environment.
Basic knowledge of financial markets and investment products is preferable.
Detail-orientated with a high level of accuracy in work.
