We are looking for a Graduate Technical Services Manager, who is wanting to move into a site-based graduate position.
The role will report to the Construction Director and will be responsible for supporting and learning from Technical Services Managers.
This would include:
Assisting with developing the building services brief for all projectsAssisting with the review of all building services subcontractor proposalsAssisting with the review of the proposed services drawings and specificationsAssisting with the production of a services checklist for Project Managers to useAssisting with technical support to the project teamAssisting with reviewing the quality of the mechanical and electrical installationAssisting with producing a commissioning strategyThis role will be part of our Foundation Programme (early careers programme).
Our Foundation Programme The Foundation Programme provides a rounded perspective of our business via additional training, rotations, and mentoring over 3 years.

The programme is driven by a structured training curriculum designed to develop business, technical, and behavioural skills.
The training sessions provide a deeper understanding of how we operate as a business.
Additionally, you will gain responsibility as part of the team and build your network across the business.
Upon completion of the Foundation Programme, you will go on to develop and grow your career with us – the development and progression opportunities do not start or end with the programme.
What can I expect? You will have a dedicated mentor who will share their knowledge and experiences while having reviews with the Early Careers Manager and your mentor every 6 months for the duration of the programme.
