Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Sale Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £85 - £95 Per day Job Duties: Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons Assisting with lesson planning and preparation Working with individual students or small groups to provide additional support Helping to create a positive learning environment Assessing and providing feedback on student work Supervising students during activities and break times Required Qualifications: A degree in Education or related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team Strong organisational skills Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is desirable Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of educational principles and practises Ability to engage and motivate students Knowledge of classroom management techniques Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience working with students with special educational needs Working Conditions: Work in a school environment Full-time hours with occasional extra hours for meetings or events Interacting with students, teachers, and parents on a daily basis All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
