Established since 1979, the client recently became part of a Swedish group who own more than 250 companies across Europe.
This company are a forward thinking and innovative market leading company in the UK & Ireland in the fastener and fixings industry.
The main focus for the business is the supply of specialist collated fastenings to industry and construction.
What will you do?
Due to continued planned growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an additional territory-based Sales Executive to join their well established, dynamic sales team working with mainly existing clients across the M62 corridor.
You will look to increase revenue spend by existing clients through up-selling and extending existing contracts, as well as reacting to inbound leads for new business brought in by the marketing team.
There are a number of progression opportunities available, into roles such as Area Sales Manager and Key Accounts Manager.
Who are you?
This is an entry level role, with no prior sales experience required.
The first few months of the role will be heavily training focused, equipping you with the sales & market knowledge you'll need to succeed.
It's crucial for the successful candidate to be a confident communicator, excited by the prospect of being in a role where you're meeting people face-to-face.
Resilience will be key due to the rollercoaster nature of sales, as well as a growth mindset due to the amount of training and development available.
You'll need a full driving license, the role comes with a company car.
The package - £25k base salary - £35k OTE - Company Car - 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off + Christmas shutdown
