Graduate Sales & Customer Service

Our clienthas an exciting opportunity for a Lead Generator & Customer Service Advisor to join theirSales Team.
You will be responsible for ensuring first-class customer service and generating leads for the existing sales team.
This is an idealrole for someone looking to take their first steps in a sales environment, The companyoffers progression into Sales or Transport for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:- Transport checks Informing customers of deliveries Inputting customer purchase orders Generating new tenders Introduction Letters (sending out introduction flyers and merchandise) Reporting (collating management information) Black Books (finding new companies) Arranging supplier and customer meetings for sales representatives (where you will also attend to build a relationship) The successful person will have: A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral To be well organised with excellent attention to detail.
Previous outbound call experience in either a Call Centre or similar sales/ customer service experience would be helpful but not essential.
Full Training will be provided - Graduates & sports enthusiasts welcome.
