The Role Actively source, attract, and shortlist candidates using various platforms, including job boards and social media.
Craft, post, and update job adverts, efficiently managing candidate applications and responses.
Build and nurture relationships with both candidates and clients, primarily via phone, understanding their needs and goals.
Qualify candidates through an effective screening process, ensuring suitability for client requirements.
Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities to expand client partnerships.
