About The Role
Collate information required for the Cost and Value management Assist with preparation, maintenance and agreement of Project accounts Assist with providing commercial and financial reporting information Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures in respect of Commercial activities Provide support for the subcontract procurement and management Collate information required to support claims management Assist with control of project documentation Provide support to commercial management where required Provide support and collate information for the recording and assist with the management of change Collate information and provide support for the management and procurement of subcontractors in accordance with the company procedures Ensure that sub-contract payments are calculated in accordance with procedures and legislation Understand the contractual requirements of project documents including the roles and responsibilities of all involved and the notices required to record change etc Liaise with the client, client representatives and other 3rd parties on commercial issues if required Working in compliance with the contract management tools ie…. Asite or similar, IFS or any such other management tool as required. Understand and implement the contractual requirements of project documents About You
Essential Undertaking or completed a degree or HNC/HND or equivalent level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related construction subject Relevant CSCS Card Proficient in general IT application such as word, Excel, Access etc Desirable NEC4 knowledge and experience Water industry experience Civils experience M&E experience Key Attributes A dynamic self-starter able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines High level of attention to detail Team player Excellent communication skills and ability to forge effective working relationships About Us
