Job title: Graduate Quantity Surveyor Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum.
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland.
A leading construction consultancy, based in Belfast, is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their Belfast office.
You will work on multimillion-pound projects across public and private sectors in the UK and Ireland.
Key Requirements : BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (Min 2.1).
Ability to manage personal workload and collaborate with Project Director.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Experience with JCT and NEC contracts.
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Full clean UK Driving Licence and CSR Card.
