Your role: We are looking for a Graduate Project Manager for our Water team to be based in Belfast , joining our 2025 Graduate Programme.
As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your team and wider cohort, developing your project management expertise within an exciting and creative interdisciplinary environment.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients across NI & Ireland.
As a Graduate Project Manager, you will work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other consultants to drive project success.
You will gain hands-on experience, mentored by experienced professionals, while contributing to high-impact projects from day one.
Key Responsibilities: Support Project Managers and Regional Project Management Lead in delivering key projects across Ireland Contribute to project governance activities, including developing and managing project delivery plans, programs, and financial management Work closely with the project delivery team to track and deliver project actions Attend and contribute to project meetings Assist engineers in finding optimal solutions to client challenges This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kickstart your career in project management.

Along with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Project Management or Construction Project Management, you'll be:- A collaborator: You'll love to work effectively with lots of different people at different levels, all inputting their part towards a shared goal.
