Are you a recent graduate looking to make an impact and develop into a future leader in a dynamic organisation?
People's Partnership is excited to introduce our new Graduate Programme, designed to nurture talent across our key business areas and prepare you for a leadership role within two years.
About the Programme: Our Graduate Programme offers a unique, hands-on experience in Commercial, Corporate Strategy, and Operations.
Over two years, you'll complete four six-month rotations, gaining invaluable experience across different departments and working alongside senior leaders who will mentor and guide you.
This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in our business, contribute to our growth, and build a strong foundation for a successful career.
What You'll Do Across The 2 Years: Operations Immersion: Begin your journey by understanding our core business in Customer Operations, including hands-on experience in customer service, complaints handling, and operational excellence.
Commercial Experience: Learn how we go to market through Marketing, Proposition, and Digital, and discover how we retain and grow our customer base.
Strategic Insight: Gain exposure to Strategy, Corporate Affairs, Risk, and Compliance, understanding how we operate within a regulated financial services environment.
Tailored Development: In your final rotation, you'll choose an area of the business that aligns with your interests and career goals, spending six months honing your expertise.
What We're Looking For: Recent graduates with a 2:1 in any field.
