JOB TITLE : Operations Graduate - Graduate Programme LOCATION: Bristol, near Temple Meads (BS2 0RA) CONTRACT: Permanent - Full time (Mon-Fri) SALARY : £24,000 during your first year.
Your salary will increase to £26,250 after one year's service + a bonus up to 5% annual salary THE COMPANY Over the past 30 years L&T has become a global player in the medical simulation education market.

WHY CHOOSE THE OPERATIONS PROGRAMME?
You will work within the key areas of Production on real-time issues, collaborating with teams internally and suppliers externally.
By the end of the 2-year programme, you will have a rounded appreciation of what is required from all aspects of production.
You will work with the Operations, Quality, Purchasing and Engineering Teams, in a rotational program consisting of four different six-month placements.
You'll be solving problems, coming up with solutions, and contributing to the delivery of products through the Operations department.
You will complete short placements in other departments of the company helping you to better understand the business and how Operations fits into the overall picture.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Qualifications: Engineering or equivalent degree of at least 2:2.
You'll also need: An inquisitive problem-solving nature.
