Purpose of the Role: Reporting to the Head of People Experience, this graduate role will provide the perfect grounding in all specialist functions across the people team.
The role will support projects right across the employee lifecycle and build a solid understanding of what drives an incredible employer brand and positive workplace culture, through initiatives that attract great talent as well as, promote engagement, retention, and development of our team members.
Key Accountabilities: Employee engagement, recognition, and experiences Support key projects across the full employee lifecycle that elevate our unique McLaren Racing culture;     - Workforce Planning     - Talent Attraction     - Onboarding     - Talent Development     - Talent & Succession     - Reward and Recognition     - Offboarding Support reward, recognition and gifting programmes to celebrate and value the contribution, dedication, and hard work of our team members.
Support the development of our employer brand to ensure the journey for potential employees is inspiring and positive.
Be an active member of our early careers community and provide support in initiatives such as mentoring, lunch and learns and speaker events.
Support our McLaren Performance Hub team to promote health and wellbeing initiatives.
Develop communication campaigns to engage employees in workplace engagement programmes.
Monitor the effectiveness of culture change and the achievement of a high-performance culture, through audits, metrics, and measurements, to identify trends and areas for improvement and drive ongoing alignment to our core values.
Job requirements Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Have a degree, or equivalent, in human resources management, business, psychology or humanities with demonstrable interest in people/human resources from extra-curricular activities, work experience, internships or volunteering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Passion for creating a positive employee experience and workplace culture.

McLaren Racing is based at the iconic McLaren Technology Centre (MTC) near Woking.
Here at McLaren, we offer hybrid working with 3 days a week based in the MTC.
Our state of the art, sustainable campus offers many facilities including a gym, restaurant and indoor and outdoor break-out areas, as well as direct access to park and common land.
The MTC is connected to Woking mainline station via regular shuttle buses, from which London Waterloo is a 30 minute train ride.
