Graduate Or Junior Structural Design Engineer

Job Summary  We are seeking a motivated and detail orientated Structural Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team based in Norwich.
The ideal candidate will assist in the design and development of innovative engineering solutions.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early career professionals to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.
Duties Working on a variety of commercial, industrial and domestic projects you will have a pragmatic approach to problem solving as you will be prioritising and organising your own work You will liaise with various clients to include homeowners, Architects, fabricators and developers across disciplines throughout the design process via telephone and email.
You will have the opportunity to conduct site visits and run your own projects with support from Senior Engineers Experience A degree in Engineering is essential Previous experience with CAD software is a plus, but not mandatory.
A proactive attitude towards problem solving and a willingness to learn Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written This position provides an excellent foundation for career advancement within the engineering sector, allowing you to develop your skills while contributing to meaningful projects.
We also offer a four day working week and whilst the role is office based there are opportunities for flexible working.
