We are the 7th largest Pet products company in the UK going through continuous and sustainable growth with ambition to be number one and be the best that we can be!About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious and analytical Graduate to join our Category, Shopper & Insights team at Pets Choice!This role will offer the Graduate exposure to both Category & Insights and Shopper Activation, providing a comprehensive understanding of a FMCG business, giving you autonomy from day one, along with development and mentorship from senior members of the team.This role will require some travel to retailer locations and meetings.
A full drivers licence is required.Key responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Category, Shopper Activation & Insights and supporting the Category, Shopper & Insights team.Analyse market data, sales figures and consumer trends to provide actionable insights for category management.Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to track category performance, identifying opportunities and risks.Utilise tools such as Nielsen, Circana, and Kantar to identify joint opportunities for our business and our retail partners.Support the implementation of category plans and monitor the effectiveness of category initiatives, suggesting adjustments as needed.Develop and execute in-store activation campaigns to increase shopper engagement, drive sales and increase brand visibility.Collaborate with Commercial and Brand Marketing teams to develop in-store campaigns and promotional activities.Work with the Marketing team to design and implement point-of-sale (POS) materials, displays and other in-store branding that align with our brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Work closely with external agencies, suppliers and partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns.Analyse shopper behaviour, market trends and competition to identify Shopper Activation opportunities.Conduct post campaign analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of shopper activation initiatives and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and internal stakeholders.

Able to interpret data and make informed decisions from data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and good IT skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Organised with attention to detail.Proactive and results orientated.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Full drivers licence.
