You will play a key role in reducing flood risks, protecting communities, and contributing to our goal of achieving carbon net-zero by 2030.
Our Graduate Scheme is a 4-5 year program tailored to help you become an Incorporated or Chartered Engineer through the IMechE.
With hands-on training, guided learning, and personalized development opportunities, you will gain essential experience and develop technical and professional skills.
You can expect to earn between £30,242 and £30,997 per annum, depending on your qualifications.
Some travel may be required, but we offer flexible work arrangements that reflect the communities we serve.
