Graduate Manufacturing Management Trainee
Job Description
Preparation of monthly production plans Monitor performance versus production plans Supervision of production performance Calculation of appropriate stock holding levels Work closely with HR to support the training, development, and appraisal of production-based supervision Provide assistance to production-based supervision in optimising performance Identify, champion and execute improvement opportunities Support supply chain management Liaise with the Sales function to support KPIs in respect of service delivery ERP Super-user Participate in new employee inductions and training Support effective H&S practices Graduate Manufacturing Management Trainee
Essentials Qualifications & Skills
The successful candidate MUST have:
Minimum Grade A / 7 in GCSE English Minimum Grade A / 7 in GCSE Maths Strong Excel Skills – ability to create spreadsheets, input formulae, reference cells, pivot tables, conditional formatting etc as well as an ability to learn new functions and implement Work Experience – any part or full-time experience for at least three consecutive months Graduate Manufacturing Management Trainee
