In this role, you will focus on generating additional revenue within an existing customer portfolio by identifying and nurturing opportunities to expand usage, enhance satisfaction, and ultimately boost sales.

Manage a diverse range of SMB and enterprise accounts, establishing, nurturing, and expanding relationships.
Proven experience managing and growing existing customer accounts, ideally in a SaaS or related B2B environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
Willingness to commute to the office for meetings as needed.
