Graduate Trainee Financial Planning Administrator Location: Near Warrington Salary: £18,000 - £26,000 + Benefits Are you a recent graduate with a keen interest in financial services and a passion for delivering exceptional client support? We are recruiting on behalf of a boutique firm of Chartered Financial Planners based near Warrington. This highly regarded firm specialises in providing tailored financial planning solutions for high-net-worth (HNW) individuals and their families.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Trainee Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing team and build a successful career in financial planning.
The Role As a Graduate Trainee Financial Planning Administrator, you will:
Prepare annual review packs for client meetings. Process new business applications and handle fund switches. Liaise with providers and clients to schedule meetings and manage inquiries. Take inbound calls and provide outstanding administrative support. Assist with other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth operations. The company will provide full training and support in all aspects of the role, making this a fantastic entry point into the financial services sector.

Ambition : A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in building a career in financial planning. Transport: Due to the location of the offices, candidates must have the ability to commute without public transport. The Package Salary : £18,000 - £26,000, based on experience. Benefits : Pension, death-in-service cover, cash plan, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), full exam support, and study leave.
