We will give you daily guidance, feedback and assistance on all your responsibilities.

Year 1The role on offer is extremely varied and will require someone adept at multi-tasking.
This initially will include: Supporting the creation and distribution of our marketing publications Researching candidates for live executive searches Building of "market maps" for executive searches Administrative support, including updating our client relationship management system Contributing to our business development strategies and offering your ideas!
Year 2 In the second year your role will evolve to more commercially focussed responsibilities and meeting directly with clients.
In this second year you will have the option to either i) move into an Executive Search Consultant role, or ii) become a Senior Researcher.
