Job Overview: Supporting the Direct to Consumer (DTC) Commercial Manager in the day-to-day commercial operations of the online and offline DTC business to ensure we deliver on monthly sales and margin targets.
You will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to ensure internal alignment.
Key Responsibilities as a Graduate eCommerce Executive at Groupe SEB: Drive the day-to-day pricing effectiveness through efficient price monitoring and matching processes and support the rollout and workings of future pricing tools.
Implementing processes to track and understand the channel and competitor activity to help inform run rate models.
Working proactively to foresee stock out and using data collectively to replenish stock.
Create rigorous run rate tracking mechanisms to track against price points and market conditions.
Working closely with the Brand Activation Team to ensure exclusive product ratings and review campaigns are budgeted for and finalised on time to drive online conversion.
Owning the clearance plan and strategy, constantly reviewing the portfolio and taking corrective action to reduce stock holding.
Qualifications and Skills required as a Graduate eCommerce Executive at Groupe SEB: You must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
You must be highly driven, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
You are analytical and able to draw conclusions from data to take corrective action.
Effective organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions.
You will be able to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
Strong interpersonal skills and possess a collaborative approach to challenges.

You must be highly IT literate and able to demonstrate competent use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.

Overview on package – Graduate eCommerce Executive – Groupe SEB: Working Monday to Friday.
Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Tuesday and Wednesday are our core days for cross-collaboration.
