Join our dynamic organization to be a part of this rewarding and exciting work!You will be responsible for supporting our clients with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and delivery of customer training on our chromatography solutions (LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, HPLC).Your main responsibilities will be: Respond to customer needs by providing repair, installation, upgrade and preventive maintenance activitiesContact customers in a timely manner and schedules service efficientlyConnect with manager and sales team to understand and meet customer needs and expectationsMaintain Agilent's customer service reputation by aligning with all corporate policies and proceduresComplete administrative paperwork and computer reports promptly and accuratelyProvide feedback to the Product Specialists, manufacturing or OEM vendors concerning performance anomalies encountered - use the complaint handling system as required Address customer requests for service and communicate proactively before, during and after serviceFor this role, you will be working remotely combined with travel to customers primarily in the area from Leeds to Manchester, but with occasional travel further in UK when required (with occasional nights away).QualificationsWe are looking for an individual with the following background:A recent university degree in a Chemistry related field (Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, etc.
)At least a first hands-on experience (internship/placement, university project or first position) preferably in a lab with chromatography solutions (LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, HPLC) Full proficiency in EnglishA valid driving licenseOn a personal level, you are proactive, outgoing and customer oriented.
You enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team, to solve various types of problems.
You have great communications and interpersonal skills to interact with many internal and external partners.
