Graduate Claims Handler (Permanent)

Identify opportunities to intervene in claims where the policyholder is not at fault, using leads from various sources
Determine the most cost-effective and customer-friendly way to settle the claim, whether through repairs, hire vehicles, or cash compensation.
Knowledge of the claims process, credit hire, and insurance policies (preferable)
