You will gain experienceOperationally – gaining practical skills on site with Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors,Commercial – understanding cost control and management with the Quantity Surveying teamEstimating – contributing to work winning activities and modelling future projectsHealth & Safety – ensuring all stakeholders safety and wellbeing is considered across the organisationDuring this time, you will receive training and mentorship from some of the industry's top talent, whilst also getting involved with site activities across a host of technical projects including bridge refurbishment, repairs, reconstructions and Marine worksFollowing this year of variety, you will work with the Senior Leadership team to determine which area represent the best route for your future career.Required ExperienceSuccessful candidates will have recently Graduated and be looking to start their career journey!
