What you'll do:
Plan and produce methodologies for mobilising and setting up sections of workUtilise surveying skills to set out details for constructionWork with subcontractors to ensure the timely preparation and implementation of Risk Assessments & Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans, Permits & ConsentsSite coordination and logistical planning to enable works to be carried out safelyIdentify the needs for temporary works and completing temporary work designs working with the temporary works teamMaintain a high standard of Quality Control and Quality Assurance records, including managing Non-Conformance Reports and Early Warning NoticesProduce accurate and detailed daily diaries for your work areasWork collaboratively with enabling teams, for example in Traffic Management, Earthworks, Utilities and Community RelationsComplete environmental risk assessments for works and assist in managing works activities in an ecologically sensitive mannerWhat you'll bring to the role:
You are in your final year of achieving an ICE accredited degree in Civil Engineering or another relevant subject, or have recently graduated.Enthusiastic about learning, personal and professional growthAble to take information from drawings to implement efficient planning services to the businessAble to communicate complex information to a wide range of audiencesYou have a strong interest in innovation, sustainability and making a positive impactYou work collaboratively towards shared goals and targetsYou are motivated to work in site-based environment, initially on a highway projectThis role requires visits to sites. As such, we would expect you to have a driving licence or work towards obtaining one within your first year of working with us.What we offer:
