Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the Graduate Building Surveyor will ensure that TRFS's owned, leased and factored property is maintained to the highest possible standard and complies with legislative requirements within agreed budgetary levels.
You will manage and administer small projects as well as ensuring stock is monitored regularly.
You will have a unique opportunity to work in a specialist field developing new and exciting skills.
The starting salary for this role is £30,000 which will increase to £34,000 over 4 years.
Your base will be our Head Office at Buchanan Gate, Stepps.
You should have a Diploma, HND in Building Surveying or other relevant construction management qualifications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are an essential requirement of the role and you should also have sound knowledge of current property legislation.
The successful applicant should have 2 years experience.
