THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Qualified Solicitors or CILEx 4+ PQE will be considered, the ideal applicant will be 8 year qualified in Clinical Negligence.Must be experience in Clinical Negligence OR Multi Track personal injury claims.Experience managing wide variety of Clinical Negligence file including but not limited to;Brain injuries, spinal injuries, fatalities, misdiagnosis, general all round medical negligence.Successful track record of billing in Medical/ Clinical Negligence or personal injury.Manage a caseload of roughly 5-17 high value files varying in complexity, over £200K – £millions.
Due to the high quality and value of the files you will be working on, applicants who only have experience in low value/fixed costs/fast track claims will not be successful.
Training and support is provided but some experience is required.
