We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with proven experience of working with pupils with ASC and significant language and communication needs.
The vacancy if for a temporary, term time only, Grade 6 Special Support Assistant working 30 hours and 50 minutes per week (8.35 – 12.00 & 12.30 – 15.15).
The position is temporary until 22/07/2025 as the funding to provide this grade 6 position is linked directly to one pupil with an Education Health Care Plan whilst this pupil remains on roll.
The contract would be extended if the pupil remained on roll and the external funding continued.
We would be willing to consider a job share arrangement for this position.
