We are looking for a Governance Administration Assistant to join our governance team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Governance and Risk Manager, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the team.

Responsibilities Play an instrumental role in the Governance Team by providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support Minute taking for governance meetings Responsible for scheduling meetings and working across diaries Maintain action trackers and policies Monitoring the governance inbox and allocating mail accordingly, across the team Provide support in organising Board and Committee Meetings and training events Requirements Minute taking experience Ability to establish and maintain successful relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Great time management skills and ability to plan own workload and meet deadlines Well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret, summarise and convey complex information.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent Microsoft office skills.
