We have a fantastic opportunity for a Goods Receiver to join the opening team at Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay, located on level 60 at 22 Bishopsgate.
The Goods Receiver role is vital to the operation at 22 Bishopsgate as this will be London & Europes tallest restaurant!
As Goods Receiver you will ensure smooth, timely delivery and quality control of supplies in this unique dining experience in the sky!
The Goods Receiver will expertly manage stock, coordinate deliveries, and uphold all health and safety & Gordon Ramsay Restaurant standards.
What you do as a Goods Receiver: You will work closely with the BOH team, receiving all goods-in as well as full stock control across the restaurant and building As a Goods Receiver you will have close attention to detail, understanding of the goods receivable process and are confident to challenge deliveries if and when required Accept and verify all incoming goods, ensuring they meet quality and quantity standards.
Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report any issues to the management team.
Maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring products are stored correctly.
Conduct regular stock counts to manage stock levels accurately.
Keep detailed records of deliveries and stock levels.
Process delivery notes, invoices, and other relevant documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure timely delivery of all goods.
Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, discrepancies, or issues.
Strictly follow health and safety guidelines for handling and storing goods to Gordon Ramsay Restaurant Standards.
