What You'll Do: As a key member of our Goods In team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of deliveries and stock management.
You'll be the first point of contact for all incoming goods, checking them against specifications and ensuring they meet our high standards.
Your responsibilities will include: Unloading and receipting deliveries accurately and efficiently.
Checking goods against paperwork for quantity, quality, and condition.
Liaising with our Technical team to resolve quality issues.
Keeping our stock system updated and organised with clear batch coding and FIFO rotation.
Reporting shortages, late deliveries, and any non-conformance.
Maintaining a clean, safe workspace and adhering to food safety and health & safety standards.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking individuals who are solutions-driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You should be a strong team player who's comfortable working under pressure and open to taking on new challenges.
Key Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication and numerical skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Previous experience in materials management or a similar environment is a plus, but not essential.
Valid Forklift certificate (advantageous but not required).
Strong multi-tasking abilities and a proactive attitude.
