Part of a growing group, this vibrant and trendy establishment is on the lookout for a talented Sous Chef to join their team immediately.
You'll be wondering what's in it for you as the Sous Chef... £43,000 to £45,000 per annum Working alongside a highly skilled team of up to 10 chefs Being part of a growing group with exciting plans for the future Cooking with a variety of fresh ingredients Responsibilities as the Sous Chef... Creating a variety of flavoursome Mexican dishes for up to 1300 covers per week Making the most of the restaurant's access to fresh ingredients Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the team Ensuring a consistently high quality of dishes is being produced
This all-day dining restaurant is renowned for its exceptional Mexican dishes, serving up to 1,300 guests each week.
They are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef as second-in-command, working alongside a team of 8 to 10 to maintain high standards and create a positive kitchen environment.
