You'll be wondering what's in it for you as the Senior Sous Chef... £45,000 to £48,000 package per annum Guidance from a wonderful senior team Working alongside an established team Working for a company with exciting plans for the future Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef... Creating a variety of delicious dishes for 1200 to 1500 covers per week Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to a team of 15 chefs/porters Assisting in the creation of new and enticing menu items as well as ordering, rotas and more Taking a hands-on approach and creating a positive working environment Making the most of the restaurant's access to high-quality ingredients
