Job Description Goalkeeping Coach - Norwich City Football Club x Ramsey Position: Goalkeeping Coach Location: Ramsey Contract Type: Part-Time, Casual Hours: Every Friday Night, 3 Hours Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Goalkeeping Coach to join our team in Ramsey.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and challenging sessions for our aspiring young goalkeepers.
Key Responsibilities: \n Plan and deliver structured coaching sessions for goalkeepers of various ages and abilities.
\n Focus on technical development, positioning, shot-stopping, distribution, and decision-making.
\n Provide constructive feedback and support to help players improve their skills and confidence.
\n Ensure all sessions are safe, inclusive, and enjoyable.
\n Communicate effectively with players, parents, and fellow coaches.
\n Requirements: \n Relevant coaching qualifications, preferably in goalkeeping.
\n Experience in coaching goalkeepers, ideally within a youth development environment.
\n Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n Ability to motivate and inspire young players.
\n A valid DBS check.
